Shanic Administration & PA Servces was established in 2008 by Sharon Nicholls, MIPA.
"After studying Business Administration I went on to work very successfully for a number of companies in Administrative, PA, and Office Management roles but after a string of redundancies I decided to jump ship and go it alone to provide effective business administration and PA services to small businesses."
Sharon's experience is vast and she has worked within a variety of difference business sectors including Consumer Finance, Personal Finance, Facilities Management, Invoice Factoring, IT support, TV Production, and Not for Profit Charities.
"Generally no matter where you work or who you work for, the fundamentals all remain the same. However, understanding the business you work in is paramount to ensuring that you get the most out of it and I'm lucky that my redundancies has helped me gain invaluable knowledge and experience is most business sectors."
Shanic Administration & PA Services has helped set up many self employed and new businesses by starting them off on the right foot with regards to record keeping and organisation.
"All self employed and small businesses are required by law to keep accurate records of their business, this doesn't always mean complicated, in fact quite the opposite. A lot of businesses know what records they want and need to keep but don't always know how to set up a system for them to capture this information, once that's done the rest is easy".
It's not only new businesses that have benefitted from the expertise of Sharon and her colleagues', Shanic Administration & PA Services have also worked with TV Production companies, Authors, Multi National Retailers and Business Executives.
"We have worked with fully established business of all sizes doing all manner of tasks, from assisting with a presentation, taking calls and messages for executives that are travelling a lot, compiling a database for a Multinational American Retailer and even organising parties and events for all occasions and all ages."
